Harold Norman was on the fifth floor directly under the so called sniper’s nest.

In the video below Vincent Bugliosi is leading the witness, in this case Harold Norman. It also becomes evident that Norman is glancing to Bugliosi while being questioned by the defense when and things become too tricky to answer. The whole thing is rigged.
