Glenn King was the administrative assistant of Jesse Curry at that time.

Captain Glenn D. King is becoming part of this ‘thing’ by appearing on camera in the hallway of the 3rd floor inside City Hall, but is also known as the man the A.C.L.U. lawyers talked to in Will Fritz’s office and tried to talk with Oswald.
