Elsie Dorman, a mail supervisor for Scot Foresman, stood alongside with Dorthy Garner (her supervisor), Victoria Adams and Sandra Styles on the 4th floor looking out of the windows and watch the motorcade turn from Houston on to Elm. Dorman borrowed her husband’s camera and recorded this maneuver.
Dorman did get interviewed by the FBI for CE 1381, but it wasn’t until the HSCA interviewed her at her home in 1978 that it became clear what her real movements had been. She stayed on the 4th floor but went out a back door and looked out the window from the other side (west of the TSBD).
At the time of the interview she stated she had no idea where her film was. The FBI who interviewed her took possession of it and she never saw any of it until some of the frames were published in Life Magazine.
