The fact that they are trying so hard to convince everyone it's a woman is an interesting turn. It started out a couple of years ago as one of a number of possible alternatives.  

The hardening around the idea seems to me tied to the fact that they know - they absolutely know that any admission that it is a male will sink them. If a male, it is just about over for them.

If they truly believe it's a female, they should join our effort to get a better quality frame which will put the issue to rest. After all, even McAdams signed the open letter publiished a while back requesting files be released on Joaniddes.

Its a very definite and deliberate ploy to tag PM as a woman because a woman takes Oswald out the frame. That is what they are hoping to achieve. It ain't gonna happen cause PM is always going to look like he is Oswald no matter what dress or skirt they put on him.

What a key moment in the history of the entire case when everything is riding on the gender of the figure on the films. Even more so when it is so obviously a man, and therefore Oswald. I believe the whole case is about to be blown wide open.

No kidding Dan. This has them dropping it into hyperbolic warp drive in vain attempts to escape the gravitational pull of Prayer Man's Corner. They're trapped in it though. They can't even call for an independent investigation of the films for fear of what they'll show. I have total confidence that an independent investigation will at the very least show PM to be a man, and we all know what that means.

Now we get to hear about the statements as they appear in the official record and why it can't be what it is if so and so said this. Irrelevent. If it's a man, then it's Oswald. THAT is the beauty of the PM paradigm. It's the starting point for everything else, not the outcome of everything else.

Is it not the most transparent thing happening these past few weeks?

Sometimes we forget that the people who matter – the people who need to be convinced – are not the handful of vocal creatures that inhabit The Education Forum, Deep Foo Foo, Stinky's Holiday Camp, Der Forum, et al. The ones who matter are normal, sound-thinking people who are persuaded by logic, facts and reason.

Several days ago, my wife offered to review the final PM document. She had been aware of PM, saw pictures, and so on, but through this review, she's learning the facts and arguments for the first time. When I told her that some people think that PM is a woman, she said "That's ridiculous! No woman has a hairline like that!" She said we should ignore silly detractors who float ludicrous theories while they disregard solid evidence.

Two years ago, Craig Lamson's only response to Sean Murphy (other than he was a "kook," a "whack job," and a "drag queen") was that PM is just an "unidentifiable mass of pixels." Now, apparently, the mass of pixels is identifiable enough to count buttons on M'lady's coat! Stinky figured it out! You go girl!

Two years ago, the detractors said PM was too husky to be the diminutive Lee (or is it Harvey, Brian?) Oswald. Now the incredible hulk has morphed into a petite woman. Bitchin.

And the real shit hasn't even hit the fan yet!
