have to agree with Jean Davison about Carolyn Arnold who wrote elsewhere:

 “Carolyn Arnold’s sighting of Oswald in the lunchroom a few minutes before the motorcade…”

Arnold didn’t make this claim until 1978 and there’s reason to doubt her memory. Other employees were in the 2nd-floor lunchroom during the lunch hour and didn’t see Oswald there — Pauline Sanders and Mrs. Reid, e.g.:

Fritz and others present during Oswald’s questioning said that he claimed he ate in the 1st-floor domino room, not on the 2nd floor.

  

My reason for believing Arnold's memory is wrong is that in 1978, she had Oswald SITTING in the second floor lunchroom. I have to wonder if that "memory' was not perhaps influenced by seeing one of the newspaper accounts where Oswald was supposedly sitting up in that eating area?

 

Arnold made two statements to the FBI - in the first on Nov 26, 63

 

she was in her office on the second floor of the building on November 22, 1963, and left that office between 12:00 and 12:15 PM, to go downstairs and stand in front of the building to view the Presidential Motorcade. As she was standing in front of the building, she stated she thought she caught a fleeting glimpse of LEE HARVEY OSWALD standing in the hallway between the front door and the double doors leading to the warehouse, located on the first floor. She could not be sure that this was OSWALD, but said she felt it was and believed the time to be a few minutes before 12:15 PM.

 

In the second FBI report, she is only asked if she saw Oswald during the assassination, so her actual sighting of him before then is not mentioned. What she said in this statement from Mar 18, 1964 has caused some issues over timing.

  

I left the Texas School Book Depository Building at about 12:25 PM, November 22, 1963, and never returned to this building on that date.

  

So in one statement she says she left for lunch between between noon and 12:15.... in the other she says she left the TSBD at 12:25.unfortunately she wasn't called to give testimony where this may have been cleared up.

 

I think a mystery has been created where there is none.

 

She left the office to watch the motorcade between noon and 12:15 and caught a glimpse of Oswald in the first floor vestibule shortly thereafter. Her second statement has simply been written in a confusing manner. What she was really saying here was that she left work and went home at 12:25 - the time some in that building knew the motorcade was due but never realized it had ended up running late. Her 12:25 simply time-stamps her belief that the assassination occurred at that time. Her leaving for home without delay after that is supported by the fact that her name is absent from Revill's employee lists.

to a large extend I agree with your assessment the importance of Carolyn Arnold's 12:25 isn't that big.

The 12:15 is more than enough since Arnold Rowland saw two guys up there of which one had a rifle at 12:15, so......

Agreed. Most of the witnesses over time have slightly changed their stories, but the substance remains the same.

Arnold did claim years later as far as I know that the FBI had tampered or altered the time stamp for her sighting Lee on the first floor (Ground in Oz) at 12.25pm. Whatever the case she wasn't called to give testimony, and one can only guess as to why that would have been so. Her sighting of Lee must have been toxic to the examiners of the WC.The fact her sighting is on record, is enough IMO. She confirms in my view Lee is the right location to take up his position as PM on the steps at around 12.25pm onward.

My best guess is that common manual laborers would not have been encouraged to sit in the 2nd floor office lunch-room, for starters, let alone the fact that no one else ever said he ate there.

I do believe we are witnessing a remarkable moment in the long walk to justice for the Kennedy case and the total exoneration of Lee Harvey Oswald.

I realise some might not have that same belief, but I believe in time the world will most certainly learn of PM thanks to work like yours and Bart's and many others and how Oswald was actually standing on those front steps when JFK had his brains blown out.

I've been thinking about this for a few years but just don't have the time myself - someone put together an alternative assissanation narrative that is like the photographic negative of the WC, i.e put it together with all the so-called mistakes and errors, as "identified" by the WC/FBI etc. left in, e.g. this instance of the Arnold sighting, Markham's timing at the bus-stop (1:06?), the arrival of Tippit's body at the hospital when he was pronounced dead (1:15) etc., etc. and see what transpires - I suspect it would  be a very interesting read...

It would be a massive undertaking......all timeline related projects are.

I'm all for the big release of JFK papers in 2017 (IF they decide to do it and IF the right person is elected and IF there is anything left in them that is of any value, which I find doubtful) but we have PM locked up except for better scans of the film (which should become available in any kind of discovery phase that should occur) AND we also have apparent manipulation of the BYP's because of the shadows of the wires that are movining in the wrong direction. We have these right now, today. It would be nice if some of the people who are organizing around the dubious 2017 release of evidence that we do not have would pay more attention to the firm evidence that we do now have today.

What is the best possible method of trapping someone?

This is what happens when toss-pots like Shitty-Undies try to distill this down to photo analysis alone.  This theory isn't about photo analysis.  It's about statements, affidavits, interviews, testimony and reports.  The photo is the icing on the cake of a detailed reconstruction of movements and claims.  But Duncan Skid-Mark McRae already knows this.  Which is why he is trying his damnedest to make it purely about the photo.  Just like Cube-Head did.  Just like Albert Dead Man Doyle did.  Just like Bill Kelly did.  Just like all the fucking lunatics at Skid-Marks forum did.

Stinky's shallow propaganda shall permeate the space at EF. Nothing to do but open the doors and windows of rational thought. Good job and God speed with that Greg! 

Another thing about his evasive and ridiculous Sitzman comparison is that she's not hanging out on the steps in the immediate aftermath of the shooting with arms folded like he is. Every other woman in the scene is busily headed for somewhere, as in out of dodge. Context is everything. The rest of his "objections" are just propaganda in opposition to the truth of PM, which is a combination of and comparison between photgraphic evidence and the official record, as highlighted by the lack of a statement in that official record by PM himself.

Reopen the case.

Now that is one thing, but what's more telling is that everyone is going throuigh the same motions, as in being guided to write up only certain specific bits.

By reading the statements you clearly see a pattern emerging.

What's worse is that most people omit were the shots came from, even people like Karan Hicks who were directly opposite the limo at the time of the first shot.

This whole doc. is so suspicious, everyone is being coached here. Add on it's being done 4 months after the deed, I suppose everyone is aware what the price will be for rocking the boat......
