REOPEN KENNEDY CASE

Can anyone tell me the background to the photographs taken inside the TSBD, especially when they were taken.

So far the info I got from Ed Ledoux regarding the re-enactments are:

All re-enactments are,

November 25th1963:- Time/Life. Not considered to be a legal recreation.

December 2nd – 4th 1963:- The Secret Service (my guess is that they were taken during that time period)

February 7th1964:- The FBI

May 20 -25 1964:- The Warren Commission, carried out for them by the FBI

Then I got this pic from Denis M.

What I am trying to ascertain is the time frame between the event and the pix of the 2nd floor.

I should add that Albert was the only other visitor......on 9 separate occasions.

He was left mortified (shades of Dad, there) that he wasn't allowed to post.

I know what you mean Steely.

Was watching one of those crime shows where they recreate murders and the ensuing investigation using interviews with the cops involved. In this particular episode, the detective said words to the effect that the suspect's timeline is important - not to show they DID do it - only that it is POSSIBLE that he/she did it. 

That's the importance of the phony second floor encounter. It made it POSSIBLE for Lee to be the shooter and those who use the same info to try and exonerate Lee by saying it shows it was NOT possible, are just butting their heads against the wall. The cops already decided it made it possible and history has so recorded that "fact".  Your alternative view of the same evidence is useless obstinance. 

Lee is exonerated by the fact that he had an alibi which is supported by myriad other evidence. That alibi has him on the fist floor and briefly outside on the steps during the relevant period. The 2nd floor bullshit was simply put out there to hide Oswald's actual whereabouts.

This part of the case can be broken not by the tried and shiitty method of pulling shit from your backside on the basis that you BELIEVE that is how something did happen, or how something SHOULD have been done. It can be broken by looking at the evidence side by side with how Dallas cops operated in 1963. And some things clearly haven't changed.

I am fed up with the insanity that infests this case. The kid gloves are coming off.  As soon as I get clear of my personal crap, I'll be plowing as much time as I can into doing the ROKC VS the Warren Commission Report book, finishing my own volume/s, and working on ROKC Conference 2017. During that period, I will also relaunch our assasult on getting the Darnell film. It has to be a full-on, relentless assault.
