Sorry mate, he is not there in the yearbook pictures '37-'41. 

He is still a unknown entity.



His relatives won't post a family photo with him in it.

Sorry did I miss something, coz looking at this yearbook it is him, so plz enlighten me and the others why it is not.

Okay,
...nothing actually names Jack E Dougherty and has him, and only him in a picture, ie a senior picture.
We do have guesses and similar looking kids compared to his Brother.
We do have his Brother's senior picture and can use that to get close but nothing definitive.

Are you saying the Alyea film of what may be Jack and the year book photo (of whom?) is one and the same?
I guess if you find a kid in the freshman or sophmore year book of a large group say 63 or 46 youths you may find one whom passes for a older JD.
But how the heck do you prove it was JD in that group to anyone? And what exactly are you proving?

Unless I missed something and a signed Jack E. Dougherty picture showed up.

It has been suggested by Linda that JD can be seen in the footage of BRW, DA and BS entering the police car. It is clearly a media photographer wearing a suit and tie.
