ASHBURN, Va. (WRC) -- The CIA conducted a K-9 training exercise at a high school in Loudoun County, Virginia, last week, and accidentally left an inert explosives training device on a school bus, the agency acknowledges.

Last Thursday the AFP (Australian Federal Police) was forced to apologise when it accidentally left a plastic explosive device at Sydney Airport following a training exercise.

Coincidence or are they merely trying to make us immune to this sort of thing? "Softening" the public, so to speak. After all, they were not real explosive devices, were they?
