Is this story true or false?

I have checked all the intorragation reports and the ONLY person who claims Oswald mentioned such an incident is Kelley of the Secret Service.

He said when he was standing in front of the Textbook Building and about to leave it, a young crew-cut man rushed up to him and said he was from the Secret Service, showed a book of identification, and asked him where the phone was. Oswald said he pointed toward the pay phone in the building and that he saw the man actually go to the phone before he left.

I have also checked Revill's list. Terrence Ford's name is on the list. Ford was said to have accompanied SAllman into the building. Allman's name however, is absent from the list.

The only interview I could find with Ford makes no mention of asking anyone for directions to a phone. Ford does state his name and address were obtained on his way out.  More confirmation that Oswald's reported account is true.

He makes no mention of having a sidekick with him and claims to have made a bee-line straight for the TSBD - DESPITE saying he noticed the three amigos leaning out the 5th floor window and pointing up.

Did he think they were pointing at Baker's pigeons? David Ferrie in his getaway plane? Superman? 

The secret service - ducks all in a row.

No one but the Secret Service notes this encounter - they claim Oswald states the person SAID he was with the Secret Service. This morphs into "the person flashed credentials." This in turn allows them to say... "well, it was probably just press credentials that were flashed."  And who is that tells Allman he was the person? None other than the Secret Service...

This thread is the result on sleeping overnight on the NYT / Curry thread I started.... and I'm back to wondering if I was right the first time about Eddie Piper escorting someone upstairs who had flashed him USSS credentials...

What if....

Braden was that man -- what if Braden had gone into the TSBD BEFORE the assassination posing as a Secret Sercice agent and not the Del-Tex post-assassination? 

What if his story was changed to the Del-Tex in aid of the cover-up?

What if it was eddie Piper he followed out?

What if Allman's story is also in aid of covering all of this up?

Just thinking out loud... and no more. There are better analytic minds here who should be able to tear this apart if it's faulty.

What happened to Allman anyway? Why is his name absent from Revill's list? Did he stay in the building? Even then, his name should have been added at some stage...

Allman did not flash any credentials of any kind since he did not carry anything with him at all.

Then there is Rob MacNeil story as well. 

I personally have the feeling that some of this is just made up.

Without knowing much about this Greg,

I find it near on impossible now to believe a word about any sighting of Oswald by anbody that day. FBI, DPD, SS, Frazier, Randle, Piper, Shelley, Truly, Reid, and so it goes, on and on.

It's funny, imagine if you're right, and how it all fits and dovetails into the actual event.

Would've been laughed outta town 30 years ago for formulating this topic for discussion.

If the government and the media keep repeating the same fantasy over and over, it becomes reality.
