In the reading of it however, something was suddenly not looking right. Baker did not hand write his own statement. It was written by FBI SA Burnett and he may have been employing another Reid teaching.


In my essay, I noted that the Reid Training Course states you can:


introduce some trivial mistake into the document, which the subject should correct and initial. This can then be used as confirmation that the person understood what they were signing.


As a mere motorcycle cop, Baker woud not have been instructed in Reid Technique - which means it could be used on him.


This statement aside, did Baker ever actually mention a coke at any time, or was he simply continually asked about a coke because Oswald said he had one?


In short, Baker may not be at fault for seemingly remembering/unrembering any coke.
