Paul Bentley
Paul Bentley is important for a few things. He is part of the arrest team that gladly poses for Stuart Reed while, Oswald is being pushed into the unmarked patrol car that is in front of the Texas Theater. Wearing the white cap is Charles Truman Walker, and on the very right is Gerald Hill.

On Feb 3rd 1964 Paul Bentley speaks to the FBI who has stated to them that he completely searched Oswald and nothing was left in his pockets.
Bentley is interviewed in the hallway while on crutches, due to twisting his ankle inside the Texas Theatre while trying to arrest Oswald.
